Tiff Fuller

Director / Writer

Tiffany Fuller is a 36-year-old artist from San Francisco’s Bayview Hunters Point neighborhood. A poet turned filmmaker, Beyond Blood emerged from Fuller’s exploration of her roots and personal reckoning with the family who did—and did not—raise her. Fuller has a BFA in Communications from Manhattanville University and a Master’s degree in Screenwriting from University of Southern California.

Sophie Constantinou

Producer / Director of Photography

Sophie Constantinou, co-founder of Citizen Film, creates documentaries at the intersection of storytelling and community engagement. She is currently collaborating with low-income San Francisco residents on a documentary series about resilience and violence prevention. Her cinematography credits include HBO’s The Royal Road and Regarding Susan Sontag, and KQED’s Emmy-winning Home Front.

Sami Chan

Editor

Sami Chan (they/them) is a Chinese American, queer and trans documentary filmmaker and editor based in Oakland, CA. Their films have screened throughout the US and abroad, including the Ann Arbor Film Festival, Antimatter, ZINEBI, Sebastopol Documentary Film Festival and the De Young Museum. Sami received their MFA in Documentary Film from Stanford University, and studied anthropology and ethnographic filmmaking at New York University.

Zoe hertz

Post Production Coordinator

Zoe Hertz is a multimedia artist and Citizen Film’s Post Production Coordinator. Originally from Chicago, her background as an assistant dance director, metalsmithing coordinator, and community organizing facilitator has made her passionate about exploring the connections between creative practices, empathy-building across differences in identity, and broader structural change. Zoe’s artwork has been featured at the Art Institute of Chicago, KQED, and the San Francisco Public Library (Main Branch). She has been a resident artist at the Blue Sky Center in New Cuyama, CA and Gate 44 in Milan. She has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Sadiq Muhammad

Editor / Camera Operator

Sadiq Muhammad is a cinematographer, colorist, and editor born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He graduated as a Bay Area Video Coalition Fellow in 2020, making his directorial debut with the documentary A Window Out, highlighting the effects of artistic & creative expression on mental health. His documentary work with Citizen Film includes The Magic Project and Ian James Made which have been showcased at Bernal Heights Outdoor Cinema and Indie Night San Francisco. His cinematography has been featured in local Bay Area showcases, including his first short film, Floating, with Balay Kreative. Skilled at working behind the camera, recording sound or conducting interviews, Sadiq explores storytelling in a variety of ways in and around his position as Citizen Film’s Documentary Film Production & Post Associate.
